WESTERLY – The more than two-century old Shelter Harbor Inn is listed for sale. The requested price is $2.75 million, according to Peter M. Scotti & Associates, which has the listing.
The facility, at 10 Wagner Road, includes a 24-room inn, barn, carriage house and 3.4 acres of land. The site includes access to two beaches and two tennis courts. The main facility, which dates to 1800, includes a restaurant and 10 of the guest rooms.
The room rates range from $192 to $258 a night during summer season, $126 to $198 a night in spring, and $105 to $156 a night in the off-season, according to the listing.
