SIMSBURY, CT. – May 27, 2015 – Simsbury Bank, subsidiary of SBT Bancorp, Inc. (OTCQX: SBTB), is pleased to announce that Jack Flynn has joined its Simsbury Bank Home Loans team as a Mortgage Loan Advisor. In this role, Mr. Flynn will work one-on-one with homebuyers, advising them on the best mortgage options for their specific needs, assisting them with the application process, and ensuring the progression of the mortgage application through to closing. Additionally, he will be working closely with Realtors and with clients in northern Rhode Island and Greater Boston.

Mr. Flynn has 14 years of mortgage origination experience. Most recently before joining Simsbury Bank, he was a Mortgage Loan Specialist at Bank of America. Prior to that, he was a Sales Manager with Family Choice Mortgage, a Mortgage Originator with Countrywide Home Loan and Sales Manager with Bankers Mortgage Corp. He is currently a Platoon Sergeant in the Rhode Island Army National Guard and has been Senior Production Recruiter and Mobilization Trainer for the Guard and has served in Afghanistan. Mr. Flynn attended Providence College and currently lives in Lincoln, Rhode Island.
