Ok, Jim. That’s certainly a well thoughtout statement that I really hadn’t given much consideration. I mean, why bother having a piece of propertly currently being planned as a park with zero economic impact when you can have private investment build a public venue and infuse additonal cash into a parking structure in an adjacent development project with a direct economic impact into the local economy? I mean, you might miss out on the exciting follow-up when the state neglects the upkeep, as is the modus operandi for our Great State.
