SOUTH KINGSTOWN – South County Home Health, a visiting medical care service and part of South County Health, has been accredited for its new family advisory services by Prevent Child Abuse America, an affiliate of Healthy Families America.
Healthy Families America is a voluntary home-visiting program founded in 1992. The organization was recognized by the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services in 2011 as one of seven proven home-visiting models. Accreditation is granted following home visits of clients and examination of the program.

Prevent Child Abuse America recognized South County Home Health as a provider of high-quality home-visiting services to families who want to improve their child’s health, nutrition and developmental outcomes.
