SOUTH KINGSTOWN – A house in the Matunuck section of South Kingstown on a 6.2-acre lot sold on April 27 for $1.3 million, according to Lila Delman Real Estate.
The property, at 441 Moonstone Beach Road, was recently renovated. It includes 3,421 square feet of living space on two levels. The house has three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, and a guest house and studio with a large wine cellar. A barn with a silo and loft also is included on the property.
The property sold at full asking price after three days on market, according to Lila Delman Real Estate, which represented the seller.
