The home was built using a post-and-beam architectural design, characterized by thick, exposed stained-wood beams, with a clapboard exterior and a saltbox roof structure, the real estate firm said.
The home includes new Marvin windows, a chef’s kitchen, double Kitchen Aid ovens, a six-burner Monogram stove, a wine refrigerator, a farmer’s sink, an LG stainless steel double fridge and a trash compacter, the real estate firm said.
The house also features a large butler’s pantry, Residential Properties said, and a lower-level wet bar, along with walkout access to a newly constructed swimming pool surrounded by a bluestone surface.
The property was most recently valued by South Kingstown assessors in 2022 as being worth $829,000, according to the town’s online property tax evaluation database.
The home was sold by Li Hsiu Hou, according to a copy of the warranty deed, a public record documenting the property sale. The property was bought by William Durkin IV and Taryn Kilmer, of Brooklyn, N.Y., according to the deed.
