FALL RIVER – Saint Vincent’s Services Inc., a multiservice behavioral health organization, has announced the appointment of two longtime staff members to new roles.
Allison Garside, a 27-year veteran of St. Vincent’s, has been named director of quality assurance, and Debra Lunetta, who has been with the nonprofit for nearly 12 years, is its new director of behavioral health services.

St. Vincent CEO Kristen Dutra said she was excited to announce the two promotions.
Garside and Lunetta’s “tenure is reflective of their dedication to the agency’s mission and their focus on providing a continuum of programs and services that meets the needs of the children, families and communities we serve,” Dutra said. “Allison and Debra have each fostered partnerships at the local, regional and state levels that will assist Saint Vincent’s with future strategic planning efforts, including continued expansion with service delivery.”
Garside is St. Vincent’s former central intake coordinator. In her new position, which she officially began in late April, she will oversee clinical program managers, the Young Parent Living program manager and the continuous quality improvement specialist.
Lunetta, a former clinician at St. Vincent’s, will now supervise its central intake and health services department, as well as continue to oversee the children’s behavioral health initiative and outpatient mental health clinic, both of which she managed in her most recent roles at the organization.
