BRISTOL – A two-bedroom penthouse in the luxury-condominium building, Stone Harbour, sold on March 24 for $1.45 million, according to Lila Delman Real Estate International.
It was the highest price for a condominium in Bristol since July 2014, and the top condo sale in the state for 2017, the agency reported.
Stone Harbour has 81 waterfront condos, overlooking Bristol Harbor. The 2,650-square-foot penthouse features a great room, a gourmet kitchen, a private terrace and a boat slip.
