Stone Harbour penthouse sells
for $1.7 million

BRISTOL – A penthouse unit at the Stone Harbour building sold on April 29 for $1.7 million, according to property records.

Unit 506 at 345 Thames St. has a panoramic view of Bristol Harbor and Narragansett Bay, and a wraparound deck that extends around the unit. The open-concept floor plan includes a dining and living area, adjoined by a large master suite and a spa-like bathroom.

The sale is the highest condo sale in the East Bay communities since 2010, according to Residential Properties Ltd., which represented the sellers.

The unit last sold for $1.4 million in July 2014.

The sellers were Rowan G. and Julie S. Taylor, of Charleston, S.C., according to property records. The new owners are William R. and Joan P. Martin of South Naples, Fla., according to land records.
