ATTLEBORO – Sturdy Health recently announced that Natalie Cook, vice president and chief human resources officer, was named to one of Becker’s Hospital Review’s “Top Hospital and Health System CHROs to Know in 2025.”
Since joining Sturdy Health in 2022, Cook has played an important role for talent acquisition and retention through introducing employee-centered benefits and expanding wellness offerings supported by a new Wellness Committee, as well as an annual health and benefits fair.
“Natalie has brought vision, discipline and heart to everything she’s done at Sturdy Health,” said Aimee Brewer, CEO and president of Sturdy Health. “Her leadership has strengthened our workforce and culture in measurable, meaningful ways. This recognition from Becker’s is a well-deserved honor.”
Along with her work at Sturdy Health, Cook is involved in internal system committees and is a board member of the Connecticut Health Care Coalition.
