According to the trade magazine, KLR had revenue of $49.5 million last year. The other four New England firms on the list were BlumShapiro, based in West Hartford, Conn., with offices in Rhode Island, ranked No. 58 with $83.4 million in revenue; BerryDunn, based in Portland, Maine, ranked No. 65 with $70.5 million; Wolf & Co., based in Boston and ranked No. 92 with $46.9 million; and Baker Newman & Noyes, also based in Portland, Maine, ranked No. 95 with $45.4 million.

For each firm that made the list, it also included their number of offices, partners and employees. KLR was listed as having four offices, four partners and 237 employees. While large for homegrown accounting in New England, those numbers pale in comparison to the big four accounting firms, all based in New York City.
