As incentives, the hospital is offering per diem opportunities for recently retired registered nurses, training programs specifically for registered nurses, and a residency program and experienced nurse practice transition program.
South County Health is holding walk-in Tuesdays throughout May, in which job candidates are encouraged to stop by South County Hospital from noon to 4 p.m.
Nurses, physicians, technicians and laboratory staff are among the top openings at the health system.
South County is also holding a career fair on May 18 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at The Towers in Narragansett.
