How has your company adapted programs and services in response to challenges such as workforce shortages and staff burnout? We have allowed maximum flexibility, with 90% of staff permitted to work remotely or in the office. We created Providence Days, which are one day per month where everyone comes in for meetings and often a social event, and Department Days, which are one additional day per month where an entire department comes in to allow for in-person meetings and collaboration.
What modifications have you made to your workplace to support employee wellness? We hold annual flu clinics for all employees and members of their households. We also hold town hall meetings to review and advise employees on the health and wellness plans available.
How do you support community service work by your employees? We provide eligible employees one standard working day of paid time off per year in the form of a volunteer day during company hours to donate their time to a 501(c)3 charitable organization. The company will match up to $1,000 per year per employee in charitable donations in a matching gifts program.
