How has your company adapted programs and services in response to evolving pandemic-related challenges such as staff burnout and workforce shortages? We have distributed “stress relief packages” to all employees, including a gift card for lunch, stress balls, lavender oil, webinars and information for stress management. The company has staggered work from home as applicable to departments and offered fun outdoor events, such as a new company golf league.
What fun activities does your company offer employees to participate in? The Town Dock hosts an annual employee appreciation month and other engaging, fun activities such as food trucks, “spin the wheel” for gifts, gear distribution with the company logo, ice cream trucks, charcuterie board virtual demonstration, raffles for Red Sox tickets and get-togethers such as the summer outing and annual holiday party.
