How has your company adapted programs and services in response to challenges such as workforce shortages and staff burnout? We offer further training, development, and promotion of existing staff. We also have partnered with local agencies to assist with placement for positions.
What fun activities does your company offer employees to participate in? We hold annual events such as the holiday party with dinner, dancing, raffles and a photo booth, and our annual summer outing, which was held at the zoo with lunch. We also do a monthlong celebration of employee appreciation with snack bags, custom cookies, virtual Plinko with giveaways, and a food truck.
How do you support community service work by your employees? During the year we sponsor local nonprofits and encourage our employees to participate in volunteering in activities such as gathering and organizing gifts for the Galilee mission and warm shelter around the holidays.
