Tiverton Partners LLC breaks ground in new development – Tiverton, Rhode Island

Wednesday, January 15, 2014 – Rumford, Rhode Island:  Tiverton Partners LLC, a joint venture between the Peregrine Group LLC and Starwood Tiverton LLC, announce the groundbreaking of its new development project at The Villages on Mount Hope Bay in Tiverton, Rhode Island. 

The Villages began its initial phase of construction in 2004, completing and selling 164 residences.  The final phase of the residential project, financed by Rockland Trust, will consist of 66 new residences, mostly duplex units, with the first four units available late spring 2014.  Pricing for the new residences will range from $625, 000 – $750,000.  The residences are represented by Bridget Torrey of Waters Edge Properties.  Waters Edge has been the primary onsite Broker for the Villages on Mt Hope Bay since 2007, successfully closing over 75 transactions.  Ms. Torrey has been closely involved in the redesign of the new townhomes and has extensive knowledge about the community and market trends since its inception.
