LINCOLN – The Twin River Management Group held a groundbreaking Tuesday for a 135-room hotel that will be built on a site near the north entrance to the gaming facility.
The $25 million Twin River Casino Hotel is expected to be completed in the spring of 2018, according to casino officials.
