Ralph Bisbano Jr. Appointed Executive Chef/Food Services Director 

Ralph Bisbano, with 27 years of experience in food service management, leads and supports our dedicated and talented dietary team in The Lodge, The Chalet, and the Courtyard and Atrium building. 

As Executive Chef and Food Services Director, he utilizes his experience, team approach, and attention to detail to successfully lead and support our dedicated and talented dietary team in all three buildings.

Prior to joining The Village in 2012, Ralph was a corporate manager at Met Life, and has held managerial positions on the dietary teams at both Silver Creek Manor and Memorial Hospital.

John Dionne Appointed Program Development Liaison 

 As Program Development Liaison, John helps support the programs that The Village sponsors out in the community while helping to develop new community-oriented programs both on and off the campus.

Among his many responsibilities, John works alongside the BoneBuilders Trainer/Coordinator to promote the innovative and well-attended Bone Builders classes sponsored by The Village. The hope is to establish Bone Builders classes throughout Northern Rhode Island, and John is leading this initiative, while acting as liaison to other groups and organizations looking to partner on senior-minded initiatives.     

John will also support ongoing programs including Chef in the Community and Knitting for Newborns.

A professional painter by trade, joined The Village maintenance team four years ago and has been pursuing his degree in business administration during that time.
