Highlights include companywide fitness-based challenges, reimbursement for gym membership and mindfulness apps.
In addition, Verta, one of the company’s newest benefits, “has been a complete success and hit,” Harty said. Through it, employees can access science-based care and coaching to manage or reverse Type 2 diabetes, pre-diabetes and obesity.
“We’ve had so many team members use it,” Harty said. “We get photos of people every day with notes saying things like, ‘You know, I’ve never been able to fit in an airplane seat until now,’ so we’re really excited about the results.”
