PROVIDENCE – The Volvo Ocean Race 2017-18 begins on Sunday at 7:45 a.m. Eastern Standard Time in Alicante, Spain. This year, Rhode Island’s Charlie Enright and Nick Dana are on the Vestas 11th Hour Racing team.
