WARWICK – A suburban office building at 301 Metro Center Blvd. has sold for $6.2 million, according to Peter M. Scotti & Associates Inc.
The property, which has multiple tenants, was built in 1998 and covers 46,000 square feet over three stories. It’s classified as a Class A space.
The sale price of $133.70 per square foot is indicative of current trends in the West Bay suburban office market, said Peter M. Scotti, broker for the transaction.
The previous owner is Metro Investment Capital LLC, according to online property records. The identity of the new owner was not immediately available through land records.

The building last sold in March 2011 for $3.6 million.
