WELLESLEY, Mass. – The New Century International Portfolio (NCFPX), distributed by Washington Trust Bancorp subsidiary Weston Securities Corp., has been awarded a 5-Star Overall Morningstar Rating for the three- and five-year periods ended Sept. 30.
The actively managed fund is allocated among the European, Japanese and other Pacific Rim, North and South American (excluding the United States) and emerging markets. Since its inception on Nov. 1, 2000, it has outperformed the EAFE index.
The International Portfolio is one of five funds in a family of funds available directly from New Century or through the Fidelity FundsNetwork-NTF, Fiserve Mutual Fund and TD Ameritrade plans.
Weston Securities Corp., the distributor of the New Century Portfolios, is a member of the SIPC and NASD. Acquired by Washington Trust Bancorp Inc. in 2005, it now operates as a division of Washington Trust Wealth Management.
