WESTERLY – The Washington Trust Co. was recently recognized by industry publication American Banker on its “Best Banks to Work for 2020” list.
Washington Trust ranked No. 25 on the publication’s list of the top 50 banks, and was the only Rhode Island bank to earn recognition on the 2020 list, according to a news release.
Rankings are based on workplace policies and programs, as well as employee satisfaction as indicated through surveys. Companies must have at least 50 employees to be considered.
