WESTERLY – The Washington Trust Co. recently provided $7.4 million to finance a mixed-use property in Rocky Hill, Conn.

The deal was made with Woodgreen Rocky Hill LLC to refinance the property known as Waterchase Center. The center has 107,654 square feet of mixed-use retail and office space, according to a news release. It was built in 1988 and renovated in 2012.

“Waterchase Center is a well-positioned retail center that delivers important service providers to Rocky Hill,” said Julia Anne M. Slom, senior vice president and head of the Westerly-based bank’s commercial real estate group.

Current tenants include the Porter and Chester Institute, DaVita HealthCare Partners, Namco Pool, Patio and Game Room Superstore and Connecticut GI, according to the release.
