Washington Trust provides $7 million in financing

The Washington Trust Company announced today that it has closed $7 million in long-term financing for Michael Integlia & Company, developers of The Gardens Office Park in West Warwick. The Park includes a pair of 45,000 square-foot, Class A office buildings located near the intersection of Route 2 and Division Street at the West Warwick – East Greenwich town line.

“The Gardens Office Park is a first-rate development and a great addition to West Warwick’s economy,” said John C. Warren, Chairman and CEO of The Washington Trust Company. “Michael Integlia is a highly respected developer, and we are proud to have him as a Washington Trust client.”

“I am very pleased that Washington Trust realizes the quality of our work and has demonstrated an interest in the economic development of Kent County,” said Michael Integlia, the company’s president. “Phase One of The Gardens Office Park is scheduled to open this month. When it does, it will be fully occupied by a regional office for a national company and four professional service firms. Phase Two, which should be ready for occupancy in the first quarter of 2004, is fifty percent committed.”

The Gardens Office Park is located on a 10-acre parcel of land that also includes an Extended Stay America hotel, which was developed by Michael Integlia & Company in 2001.
