WESTERLY – An oceanfront condominium in Watch Hill was sold for $3.1 million Friday, making it the most expensive condo sold in the state since 2015, according to Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty.

The condominium is in the Ocean House, which also doubles as a hotel. Ocean House spans 13 acres of oceanfront landscape with a 650-foot private beach and is home to the COAST by Jennifer Backman restaurant and OH! Spa.

“Ocean House condominium living continues to be a resort-like, carefree way to own in Watch Hill without all of the upkeep of a house,” said Donna Simmons, a sales associate at Mott & Chace Sotheby’s, in a statement. Simmons represented the buyers of the property, while Josephine Navin of Coldwell Banker represented the sellers.

Simmons represented the top three condominium sales in the state since 2015, all of which are in Ocean House.
