“We continually enhance our offerings to meet the evolving needs and desires of our clients,” said John Olerio, senior vice president and director of Webster Investments. “This platform can deliver on investors’ increasing expectations for a digital-service experience without losing the personal relationships between client and adviser.”

The online portal can be used to view portfolios and make updates to investment information. At the same time, the bank offers access to an adviser who can offer guidance on financial planning.

“There is an increasing demand for financial advice, with investors seeking ways to meet their near-term and long-term financial goals,” said Nitin J. Mhatre, executive vice president and head of community banking.

The platform is supported by LPL Financial, an independent financial broker-dealer. Webster Bank, with offices in Providence, is a subsidiary of Connecticut-based Webster Financial Corp.
