Weston appointed trust officer
for Plimoth Investment Advisors

SWANSEA – Plimoth Investment Advisors has named David T. Weston as the firm’s trust officer, whose duties involve serving as clients’ “primary relationship officer, positively representing the firm and its affiliates in the community while developing new associations,” the firm announced.

Plymouth Trust Co. LLC, doing business as Plimoth Investment Advisors, is a limited purpose trust company, wholly owned by BayCoast Bank and Dedham Institute for Savings. Plimoth is a portfolio-management firm providing investment management, trust services, retirement plans, and estate administration for both private and institutional clients.

Weston has more than 25 years of experience in the trust and investments field in Massachusetts and Connecticut. He earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from Stonehill College and a master’s degree in business administration from Babson College.
