BRISTOL – The Wind Hill estate at 55 Ferry Road in Bristol sold for $6.75 million, Gustave White Sotheby’s International Realty announced Monday.
The property is a 17.3-acre waterfront estate. The home was originally built in 1890 but was enlarged in 1922. The property includes a deep-water dock, a stable, a barn and a tennis court.
Chandler Lyell of Gustave White Sotheby’s International Realty represented the buyer. Alyce Wright of Lila Delman Real Estate International represented the seller.
The main manor on the property is listed as having 10 bedrooms, 6.3 bathrooms, and six fireplaces, according to Lila Delman Real Estate International. Its carriage house is listed as having four bedrooms, and 2.1 bathrooms. The secondary home was built in the 1990s.
