Kevin Higgins has been promoted to senior manager in the audit department of Ernst & Young LLP. He joined the audit department as an intern in 1990 and on a full-time basis in 1992. Higgins is a graduate of Providence College, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Rhode Island Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is a resident of Attleboro, Mass.
