Thomas J. Wetzel, Jr. has been promoted to media manager at Marketing and Media Services, Inc. (MMSI) of Warwick. He will oversee the media operation of the company, including national media placement for television, radio and print. He has been with MMSI since 1995 and previously served as media supervisor. Wetzel graduated from Rhode Island College in 1995 with a bachelor of arts degree in communications.
