AIPSO is pleased to announce that Executive Vice President Les Willis was appointed President and CEO, effective July 1, 2026.
Mr. Willis served as a member of AIPSO’s Board of Directors for ten years, and as Vice President of Operations for State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company. He has over 32 years of insurance industry experience in the United States and Canada.
Mr. Willis received a bachelor’s degree in finance from Bradley University. He served for six years on the Property Insurance Plan Services Office Board of Directors and recently completed seven years as Chair for the non-profit, ARTINC.
