Albert M. Jaffarian has joined Washington Trust as an assistant vice president and portfolio manager. He will work out of the bank’s commercial-lending office on Weybosset Street. Jaffarian is responsible for credit analysis and management of commercial loan portfolios, including asset-based loans. He has more than 24 years of credit and portfolio-management experience. He has a B.A. from Worcester State College and an MBA from Anna Maria College. •
