Andrew Horton has been named assistant vice president/branch manager of Citizens Bank‘s Providence Place branch. He previously held the position of officer/branch manager of the Quincy Southern Artery branch and Raynham branch, both in Mass. Horton was named Branch Manager of the Year in 2002. He lives in Dighton, Mass.
