Andrew Jay has been named director of food and beverage at Castle Hill Inn & Resort in Newport.
He will be responsible for hiring, training and development for all food-service positions, and for creating, maintaining and enhancing service standards.
Jay was previously director of food and beverage for the Relais & Chateaux property, Glendorn, in Bradford, Pa., where he more than doubled sales over previous years.
