Angelo Butera has been named executive vice president and chief credit officer at Textron Financial Corporation. He will oversee ongoing portfolio-quality management for all of Textron Financial. He has a B.S. in industrial engineering from the University of Pittsburgh and received an MBA from the Carnegie Mellon University Tepper School of Business. •
