Anthony C. Chatowsky has been promoted to vice president at Sovereign Bank in Providence. He joined the bank in 2004. A portfolio manager, Chatowsky is responsible for underwriting and preparing loan requests, working with Sovereign relationship managers to assess risk, ensure adherence to credit policy requirements and monitor performance of the loan portfolio. He has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Rhode Island.
