Arthur J. Eddy has been promoted to vice president of administration at Gates, Leighton & Associates Inc.
He will be responsible for directing operations and supervising the firm’s main office in East Providence and satellite office in Boothbay, Maine.
Eddy joined GLA in 2005 as a landscape designer.
He is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island.
