David W. Neil has been named vice president and associate relationship manager in the middle market lending division at Fleet Bank. He will manage several middle market commercial relationships. Neil has bee been with Fleet since 1996. He graduated from Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in 1994 with a bachelor’s degree in economics. He is a member of the Boston Security Analysts Society and the Association for Investment Management and Research. He is a resident of Pawtucket.
