Banneker has a dedicated area for employees to gather and “brainstorm.” Suggestions are reviewed and answered by management within two weeks.
What do you expect from employees that other companies don’t?
We expect them to be co-partners with their managers to ensure that they get whatever they need to be successful, whether it’s mentoring, coaching or training.

Motivated, energized, accomplished.
