WEST WARWICK – Quaker Valley Condominiums, a 215-unit complex in West Warwick, is now being managed by Boston-based Barkan Management.
The company, which has a regional office in Providence, said it will provide comprehensive services for tenants and may oversee a capital improvement project in the next year.
Barkan has more than 700 employees and oversees management of 165 residential properties in nine states. In Rhode Island, it is responsible for 1,800 units.
