BARRINGTON — A three-level home in Barrington sold recently for $1.05 million, the seventh Barrington sale that exceeded $1 million through the end of May, according to a news release from Residential Properties Ltd., which represented both seller and buyer.
The house at 49 Jennys Lane, is a half-mile from the town center and within walking distance of Barrington Yacht Club.
The five-bedroom, three-bath house includes a three-car garage and was built by local developer Fred Almeida.
The sale was recorded May 25.
