BARRINGTON – A custom-built home in the town sold recently for $1.5 million, according to Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty, which represented the seller.
The buyer was represented by Residential Properties Ltd.
The house, at 1 Bluemead Lane, includes five bedrooms, an open-concept living area and a wraparound front porch.
The neighborhood is a new development near Barrington Beach.
