BARRINGTON – Residential Properties Ltd. this week announced the sale of 46 South Meadow Lane for $1,440,000. The transaction closed on May 20 and was the sixth sale in Barrington this year that exceeded $1 million.
The custom-built house includes more than 5,600 square feet of living space and an acre of waterfront property, overlooking Smith’s Cove.
The four-bedroom, five-bathroom house has vaulted ceilings and expansive windows. It is located in the Rumstick neighborhood.
