How would you describe the culture of your workplace? Collaboration and mutual support are the cornerstones of our culture. We prioritize open communication, respect and inclusivity, fostering an environment where everyone feels valued and empowered to contribute. Innovation is encouraged, and there’s a strong emphasis on continuous learning and development.
What modifications have you made to your workplace to support employee wellness? We created two committees to enhance employee wellness. The culture committee has been instrumental in orchestrating various events to foster a sense of unity among our team. Meanwhile, the mentorship committee has taken on the important task of matching younger employees with seasoned mentors.
How do you support community service work by your employees? Each staff member is generously allocated three full days off work specifically for community service, in addition to their regular paid time off and sick days. This not only encourages participation but underscores our commitment to making a difference beyond the confines of our workplace.
