Benjamin M. Alexander has become Of Counsel at Partridge Snow & Hahn. Formerly a partner at Hale and Dorr LLP, he concentrates in business law, including securities law, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate counseling. He received a JD from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and earned a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Marymount University. He lives in Providence.
