PROVIDENCE – Startup incubator Betaspring will host its inaugural Hackathon on Jan. 28 to Jan. 29 at AS220 Labs.
Hackers will be using the Netduino platform – an open-source electronic platform that uses the .net Micro Framework and has a 32-bit controller.
Register online, seats are limited and available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Kippkitts – whose products enable devices to heat, cool, measure, move and control things – will provide its open source hardware kits for the event.
Netduino creator Chris Walker and Kippkitts inventor Kipp Bradford will also be hacking.
