Bethany A. Lyons has been promoted to vice president of the commercial real estate group at The Washington Trust Co. She joined Washington Trust in 2001, and joined the commercial-lending department upon completing the bank’s management-training program in 2002. She holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and an MBA from Providence College. •
