PROVIDENCE – Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island has partnered with Daymark Health to offer the company’s care to more than 2,500 of the insurer’s members undergoing cancer treatment, Blue Cross announced.
Blue Cross’ members going through cancer treatment can now be supported by Daymark’s platform and team of clinicians virtually and at home.

Wofford, CEO and president of Blue Cross. “Now with Daymark, our members consistently tell us that they feel supported, and that care feels more coordinated, more personal and less overwhelming. We are so pleased to be teaming up with Daymark to deliver this exceptional patient experience and to support access to outstanding care and advanced treatments. Importantly, we are doing this in collaboration with our local provider partners to better serve our members with cancer.”
Daymark Health is a cancer care company that works with health plans to provide 24/7 in-home and virtual care to patients in collaboration with their oncologists. The company is supported by a $20 million Series A funding round led by Healthier Capital with Blue Venture Fund and other existing investors, according to a news release from Blue Cross.
