BRISTOL – A condominium directly overlooking Bristol Harbor recently sold for $2.7 million, which is the highest price per square foot for a home sale in the Stone Harbour complex, according to Lila Delman Compass, citing records kept by the Rhode Island Statewide Multiple Listing Service.

The condo at 345 Thames St., Unit 409N, contains two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The unit, with nautical-inspired decor and design, was renovated by renowned luxury builder Dave Butera, according to Lila Delman, which represented the seller.

The condo features a barreled paneled ceiling entry, and coffered ceilings in the living room, dining area and kitchen, the real estate firm said.

The master suite includes a spacious shower, soaking tub and large walk-in closet, while the second bedroom features a private terrace overlooking the ocean.

The second full bathroom includes a steam shower.

Stone Harbor residents get access to an infinity edge heated pool, along with a gym and other grounds along the waterfront.

The fourth-floor condo unit was most recently valued by Bristol assessors in fiscal 2024 as being worth $1.53 million, according to the town’s online property tax evaluation database.

Alyce Wright, sales associate at Lila Delman Compass’ Newport office, represented the seller and facilitated for the buyer in this transaction.

According to the trustees’ deed, a public record of the sale, the condo unit was sold by William Martin and Joan Martin, as trustees of the Martin Naples Nominee Trust, to Stone Harbour 409 N LLC, a limited liability company based in Bristol and managed by Henry Katz.
